Our toasty home package is our lowest cost package which is only £10 a month including VAT. This package includes:

- Annual boiler service to include:

  • Gas safe cert

  • System bleed and balance

  • Heating filter cleaned

  • Programmer adjustment

  • Central heating system and assessment and chemical test

- 5% discount on callouts and repairs

Happy Home

£15 per month

Our happy home package is our mid-range package which costs £15 a month including VAT. This includes:

- Annual boiler service to include:

  • Gas safe cert

  • System bleed and balance

  • Heating filter cleaned

  • Programmer adjustment

  • Central heating system and assessment and chemical test

  • Time and temperature controls check and adjustment

- 10% discount on callouts and repairs

- 72-hour promise response time on call-outs (subject to terms and conditions)

- Boiler repair (see terms and conditions)

Total Home

£20 per month

Our total home package is our top-of-the-range package which costs £20 a month including VAT. This includes:

- Annual boiler service to include:

  • Gas safe cert

  • System bleed and balance

  • Heating filter cleaned

  • Programmer adjustment

  • Central heating system and assessment and chemical test

  • Stopcock assessment

  • Time and temperature controls check and adjustment

- 10% discount on callouts and repairs

- 48-hour promise response time on call-outs (subject to terms and conditions)

- Boiler repair (see terms and conditions)

- Heating pump and motorised valves replacement covered
