Our Guarantees

Most plumbing & home improvement companies only offer a 12-month guarantee on their workmanship. At THT Ltd, we are so confident in the skill and craftsmanship of our fantastic engineers, that we now offer a 24-month guarantee on all of our labour.

Our warranty will offer you peace of mind if, on the extremely rare occasion, you may find a fault with our workmanship. In addition to this our suppliers offer great manufacturer guarantees on all of their materials. Any boilers installed by THT Ltd will be registered at installation with the manufacturer, for the maximum amount of warranty, usually around 10 years.

Please note that things such as silicone and grout suffer from natural wear overtime and would not be covered under our labour guarantee. Any mould, discolouration or peeling would be considered natural wear and repairing or replacing it would be chargeable. Things such as this would only be covered if it is identified on completion of the works that any is missing or not correctly applied.

Our Labour Guarantee

We now offer an almost unprecedented 24-month warranty on all of our labour.

Our team understand the importance of working in your home and strive to achieve the best possible finish to any projects we undertake, no matter how big or small.

We hold our tradespeople to the highest standards and expect them to leave you 100% satisfied with any work carried out. As with anything, there may be extremely rare occasions where something is not quite how you would like it or that requires further attention. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will attend site as soon as possible to put things right for you, no questions asked, and at no additional cost to you.

With certain plumbing works, we cannot guarantee that problems will not reoccur, so these would not be covered by our 24-month warranty. Please see our terms and conditions for further information on issues not covered or feel free to call our office team with any questions you may have.


We choose our preferred suppliers carefully and have worked with them for many years. They offer fantastic guarantees on the majority of their products. Anything from 1 year for something as small as a toilet roll holder, right up to a LIFETIME guarantee on some of their shower enclosures!

The guarantees offered by our preferred suppliers usually cover the repair or replacement of the faulty product. You may be asked to provide photographs or additional information on the fault if required by the manufacturer.

These material guarantees are with the supplier/manufacturer directly, not with THT Ltd, but on the rare occasion something may go wrong with their products, just contact us and we will be happy to liaise with the supplier/manufacturer on your behalf.

Any materials sourced by you from any other supplier and installed by THT Ltd would not be covered under any warranty or guarantee offered by THT Ltd and you would need to report any faults to that supplier directly. Guarantees are legally enforceable, and details on how to make a claim should be included clearly when purchased, either on the packaging, receipt or other proof of purchase. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a buyer, which should also be made clear in the guarantee.
