- We book your callout. Depending on your plan, you’ll get a guaranteed response time (72 hours on our Happy Home plan, or 48 hours on our Total Home plan). Often, we can get to you much sooner.
- An engineer comes to your home. Because we’re local, our team are already in the area, so we can respond quickly.
- We diagnose and repair. If you’re on our Total Home plan, parts like heating pumps and motorised valves are included. For other plans, you’ll get a discount on the repair cost.
- You’re back up and running. Our goal is always to get your heating and hot water working again as quickly as possible.

- Stopcock assessment
- 48-hour response time for callouts (T&Cs apply)
- Boiler repair cover
- Heating pump and motorised valve replacement included
